ALTO SHAAM COMBITHERM STEAMER CONVECTION OVEN 6.10

This auction is for an alto shaam combitherm oven.  These are very nice ovens. This was pulled from an operational grocery chain, when they upgraded.  This comes with the water filter and the meat thermometer. Oven has been tested and is in good working condition. If you have any questions, please ask.  Item is sold as-is.

  • Includes a patented, automatic steam venting; Gold-n-Brown™ browning function.
  • Self-adjusting, flush-mounted rotary door handle with a steam venting safety stop.
  • Control includes 2-speed fan, cool-down function, and automatic decalcification program.
  • Combi oven cavity is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel, including an attached spray hose with backflow preventer, and automatic cleaning function.
  • The combi oven accommodates up to 6 half-size sheet pans or 6 full-size hotel pans, includes a removable door gasket for easy replacement, and standard right-hand door hinging.
  • STANDARD CONTROL: To include removable quick-connect internal product temperature probe in the combi oven interior.

 

 

We prefer Paypal, but will work with large corporations/government's on PO's. We also accept certified funds, as well. We accept company checks, but please allow up to 14 days to clear (until a relationship has been established).



We charge from $65-125 to palletize an item, depending on weight and complexity.
All item are sold FOB, our dock. We will assist you in arranging shipping through freightquote. We will order the shipping and invoice you for the shipping. However, the shipping and any freighting is solely the responsibility of the buyer. We will assist in any claims, but they will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping dimensions: 48"x40"60"  at a total of 650Lbs.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. Our warehouse is open daily for inspection. We do have a no DOA warranty. We mark many items with an invisible dna pen in several spots.

Used equipment is insured differently through freight. Please order insurance for used commercial goods when shipping freight.
