All shipping is standard ground shipping with in-transit time between 1-6 days depending on delivery address, unless otherwise stated by customer. Customer may request expedited shipping at customer’s expense. SJK Electronics will not ship to any unconfirmed paypal addresses!  SJK Electronics only ships within the lower contiguous 48 states at this present time. 

Return Policy:

Note: Customer must contact SJK Electronics to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number for all returns, no exceptions.

A.      Customer may return product(s) to SJK Electronics for store credit within 14 calendar days. Item must be in original packaging, unopened and can be re-sold as new. The product must not have been tampered with in any way. Customer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee, plus any related shipping cost for return of the product. If a product is returned to SJK Electronics in any condition other than the original factory sealed package, the product will be refused and returned to customer and no store credit will be permitted.

B.      Defective/Inoperable Products:

          Customer may return defective and/or inoperable product(s) to SJK Electronics within 30 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. SJK Electronics maintains the right to test the Product(s) returned. Customer may receive a replacement product, if available, or store credit for equal or lesser value of the original purchase price. Shipping charges excluded!
