This tapestry panel is unfinished and can be made into a lovely wall hanging, or it can be framed. It is brand new(made in USA) . It has a cotton/polyester blend and can be spot cleaned or dry cleaned. It measures 27"x 36". It says "How Do I Love You, Let me Count the Ways".
