Once in a while in life, what one considers just a crazy impossible dream or unobtainable fantasy comes true. This is how I feel about my life in the world of amateur mountain bike racing. As one of the oldest women competing in what's considered a young man's sport, I hold a unique position in this arena. I love challenging society's expectations of what older women can do.
