This is an auction G.I. Joe Cobra Lifeline MIB Mint in the bag v3 GI Joe Cobra MOC MISB MIB. 

This is a nice item. These were the 1991 mailaways.

Lifeline came with a white rescue pack and a silver backpack.

The figure is Mint in the bag and have Never been opened. 

Mint in Baggie or bagged.

Would be great to send to AFA.
