Shipping Policy:  Compsource-USA is happy to ship your item anywhere within the continental U.S.A. Because of international shipping problems, Compsource-USA will not ship anywhere outside the continental U.S.A Winning Bidder pays bid price plus the S/H charges to their location, unless otherwise stated in the ad. Please use the S/H calculator to estimate charges prior to placing a bid. All packages are professionally packaged by our shipping department and shipped requiring a signature unless specifically requested before hand. If requested not to have a signature, Compsource-USA will not be responsible for lost items during shipping. Compsource-USA only ships items through both UPS and USPS. We are happy to combine shipping on any items paid for at the same time. Because we use paypal to pay for shipping, Compsource-USA can only ship to a paypal confirmed address.

Customer Pickup:  Customers are welcome to pick their item up at our

Compsource-USA office between the hours of 9:00AM to 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday. Because Compsource-USA's warehouse is not open to the public, please call in advance to plan a pick up time and date.

Payments:  Payments for all auctions are due within 5 business days of auction close. Compsource-USA only accepts PayPal and e-check payments only (through Paypal) , unless picking up in person (then we accept cash as well). Compsource-USA does not accept checks, and is not responsible for late or missing payments. Late payments may be returned and the sale canceled.

Compsource-USA is not available for email or calls outside business hours, or over major holidays. Emails and phone calls received during non-business hours will be returned or replied to on the next business day.

Warranty/Return Information

Compsource-USA strives to provide quality material and service. Althought we do make mistakes at times, Compsource-USA tries very hard to include accurate descriptions and or images in each listing. Compsource-USA encourages bidders to contact us with questions prior to placing a bid. Many of our items are backed by a DOA warranty. (DOA means it is guaranteed against Dead On Arrival, ie It will power on when it arrives) No other warry, expressed or implied is given.

UNTESTED/AS IS: In some cases, Compsource-USA is not able to fully test the functionality or working condition of an item. In these instances, the item may be only partially tested, have declared damage in the description, or be missing components. The item will be sold "AS IS" and have no warranty or guarantee. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Auctions sold on an "AS IS" basis will have clear notations in the auction description. Please bid accordingly
