It is 100% polyester. Looks like faux leather. Wet & shiny look. The costume dress is straight to hip length, then sports a black pleated shiny polyester skirt --- all with a faux leather look. Such a great costume!

It is super sexy and includes the dress, gloves, tie, and badge. No other items. It is a 1 piece dress, front buttons, with pleated skirt.

The chest has button pockets with a silver police star badge (removable). There is a large embroidered patch on left shoulder that reads: "POLICE - LEG AVENUE LOS ANGELES".

There are green epilet patches with buttons on top of each shoulder.
