Our beautifully rustic furniture is made from antique lumber reclaimed from the mountains of Appalachia. The original timbers fell in the lush forests stretching from North Carolina up to Pennsylvania Amish country. We are proud to have recovered this stunning "old growth" wood that dates back from the late 1700s through the early 20th century.
The hand hewn beams and boards we use to create these pieces accentuate the wood's strength and natural beauty… the detailed hand-crafting provides lovely visual texture and integrity... and we welcome your custom requests, so feel free to add your own touch of style. Don't miss your chance to own a functional and tasteful piece of history!
The pictures with this listing proudly show one of our custom-made, handcrafted dining room tables. It was constructed using antique wood dating back to the mid-1800's. Every detail was lovingly crafted, from the hand-selected wood choice, to the butterfly jointing, to the hand-pegging, all the way through to the finishing. We are able to recreate this stunning dining room table, also known as a "harvest farm table," or we will gladly take your own custom specifications to create a beautiful "made to order" furniture piece just for you!
We are taking custom-crafting orders NOW, in time for Christmas delivery!
