They come in the original manufacturers box and packaging unless noted otherwise. Most of the returns are people who order online, briefly try them on and discover they are too small or too big and simply return them in their brand new condition. If this is a return item, they may have some very minor marks or scratches across the bottom of the sole from trying them on, or other minimal signs that they have been previously tried on. Some have boxes that show some damage from previous shipping or tag numbers written on the box to prevent retail store returns.
