ALL SHIPMENTS ENTERING THE USA FROM CANADA REQUIRE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS TO CLEAR CUSTOMS:
Internal Revenue Service(IRS),
Federal Tax ID Number or
Social Security Number(SSN).

If the auction winner has alternative shipping requirements, namely using his or the company's carrier, please present all relevant information to Megawavz's sale representatives which will contact you at the auction ending. The above information will no longer be applied to the shipping policies. Nonetheless, the auction winner will be responsible to provide any documents necessary to comply with FDA state and local regulations.
We guarantee our items not to be DOA(Dead On Arrival) unless otherwise specified in the ad. Our return policy is as follows:
If the item you receive is defective you may return it for a refund of
the purchase price. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
The return shipment will also be at the cost of the purchaser. This keeps customers from having
buyer's remorse and trying to return the item. If the item is
legitimately broken, we will be more than happy to work with you.
