SHIPPING Domestic I don't charge a handling fee! ~ First class mail is available only for items 13 oz or less, so this is a shipping option for up to 2 yards of fabric. This price is dependent on the zone in which you live so please check the shipping calculator for the cost. ~ There is an additional charge of .20 for delivery confirmation as Paypal requires it be purchased for first class mail when using their postage printing service. Though this service is free with priority shipping, there is no way to make this distinction on the shipping calculator. If you are purchasing more than 2 yards you can request an amended invoice from me and I will remove the .20 ~ please note that ''delivery confirmation'' is not synonymous with ''tracking'' ~ Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes ... $4.95 ... for more than 2 yards and up to 7 yards ( and sometimes a yard or two more depending on number of cuts and weight of fabric ) ~ Priority Mail Regular Flat-Rate Box ... $10.35 ... for for 8 yards to 15 - 18 yards (dependent on number of cuts and weight of fabric) ~ Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate Box ... $13.95 ... for 15 yards to 28-30 yards (dependent on number of cuts and weight of fabric) ~ all domestic packages with a value greater than $100.00 will be insured, free of charge
International Bidders must read International shipping policy prior to bidding International I don't charge a handling fee! ~ I am happy to ship internationally, but due to Ebay/Paypal's disregard for sellers, all international shipments must be insured, with the cost paid by the buyer. As international First Class and Priority Flat Rate Envelopes are not insurable through the USPS, I will be using a third party insurance service, ''Shipsurance'', ( http://www.shipsurance.com/ ) for those packages. Please see my ''about me'' page for a list of countries I am able to ship to. ~ Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes ... $10.95 to Canada/Mexico or $12.95 to all other countries, plus the cost of insurance ... for up to 7 yards ( depending on number of cuts and weight of fabric ) ~ Priority Mail Regular Flat-Rate Box ... $25.95 to Canada/Mexico or $41.95 to all other countries, plus the cost of insurance ... for 8 yards to 15 - 18 yards (dependent on number of cuts and weight of fabric) ~ Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate Box $32.95 to Canada/Mexico ... $53.95 to all other countries, plus the cost of insurance ... for 15 yards up to 28-30 yards (dependent on number of cuts and weight of fabric)
Customs fees Ebay requires that I remind international buyers that they are entirely responsible for the cost and payment of customs fees when the packet enters their country.

EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT MY AUCTIONS, AND THEN SOME ... but you only have to read it once!
I've been on Ebay for just shy of 10 years so I'm going to take a little ''old seller latitude'' here, born from my years of experience. I have had great interactions with Ebay buyers and sellers ... 99.9% of the time. But it's that .1% that will make you crazy. So in order to avoid the craziness for both seller and buyer, please read my credo. Thanks in advance as I know it is wordy. Please feel free to email me if you have any additional questions.
~ Please read the auction carefully. I've had people win auctions, clearly stated as ''fabric'', cotton, length, width, manufacturer, and listed in the cotton fabric section ... ''neutral'' me because ... it was not actually dozens of fishing lures as they thought ... but a fabric print of fishing lures it was not real rawhide fringe as they thought ... but a fabric print of rawhide fringe. The auctions were very clear, so I guess the buyers just didn't read them. They also never bothered to contact me. ~ I'm not ''chatty'' by nature, so if you like lots of emails, I'm not the seller for you. I ship promptly but depend on Paypal to do its thing and let you know. I have made a mistake or two along the way, like shipping a wrong fabric, but I can be absolutely depended on to fix any error ... but ya gotta let me know! I am very responsive to any customer service issue. So if you prefer to blindside a seller with feedback rather than send an email, please don't buy from me. After all, fair's fair. ~ Check out my Ebay ID ... what's the probability I don't have animals! But all my fabrics are in a closed, animal-free room, so the dog and cat are not in contact with the fabric. But if you're highly allergic or really adverse to an occasional errant puppy hair, my fabrics might not be for you. ~ All of the fabrics have not been exclusively in my possession, so I can't attest as to the conditions in which they have been stored. Some of my vintage pieces are more than 50 years old, some are over 20, many are 6 or 7 years out of print, and all are at least a few years from the factory. I don't ship fabric unless I believe the fabric is flaw free. But as I readily admit to being flawed, if I miss something, just let me know. ~ I have historically been as reasonable on shipping as the Post Office will allow, yet the point of my shipping star has been bitten off ... what's with that? I check out other sellers, some that charge crazy money to ship, and their stars are often nip-free, go figure. I don't charge a handling fee and the shipping calculator is set for 6 oz a yard, generally about the weight of quilt shop quality cotton. There is an additional fee of .20 to cover the cost of delivery confirmation which I am compelled by Paypal to purchase when sending first class, though it is free with priority. However, the shipping calculator is not sophisticated enough to distinguish between the two. Shipping is clearly stated on the auction, so if you feel it is unfair, please pass me by. ~ Colors may be seen differently on different monitors, depending on how they are set. I do my best to accurately reflect the color and detail of the fabrics I sell, as to do otherwise just doesn't make any sense. If you are purchasing a fabric based an absolute exact perfect color match, an online purchase is likely not the best choice. Please keep in mind that my images are first filtered through a scanner or camera, then my computer monitor, my image host service, to Ebay, and then through your computer monitor. ~ All of my fabric are out of print and many are rare finds. Sometimes I feel compelled to set the price of a fabric high because others on Ebay have done so for a particularly rare print. Not infrequently I have offered a rare print at a slightly higher than retail price only to have another Ebay seller buy it and then resell it for 3 or 4, or more, times the price I set ... and people buy it! So I'm trying to be smarter with those unique pieces.
