SUBSTITUTIONS: We do our best to have all products shipped exactly as they are described, but at times the ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items have to be substituted in order to fill an order. There is no price adjustment as every attempt is made to use an upgraded (higher value) item on those rare occasions when it is absolutely necessary to substitute.

SHIPPING and HANDLING:
Our requisition for your shipment is submitted within 24 hours of payment, and there are no handling charges added by BlueJays Landing.

These gifts are meticulously assembled by our distributor in Golden, Colorado. They use only fresh, high-quality products. None of the food items have been subject to recall for any reason. In the unlikely event there is a recall, an immediate substitution (usually of higher quality) is made.

Baskets are hand assembled, packed with care and shipped same or next business day. Delivery is estimated at 4-8 days via standard UPS Ground service from metro-Denver. For shipping to AK, HI, PO Boxes (including APO/FPO), and for all delivery addresses outside the lower 48 states, please email us with the desired delivery address PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail, insured, and an additional charge will apply. Signature delivery and express or overnight shipping are also offered at an additional charge. We will reply promptly to your email giving you the exact cost for the optional service you need.

International shipments are declared in accordance with legal requirements. Taxes, duties, customs fees and/or other trans-border charges are not shipping or handling charges. They are the responsibility of the buyer, whether paid directly by the purchaser at the customs location, or paid to the delivering carrier who may add service fees for customs handling prior to delivery.

CLAIMS:The delivering carrier is responsible for loss or damage in transit. Inspect item promptly as a delay in notification may create difficulties with (or void) a reimbursement claim.
