This item is new and in original box (Item was removed to take picture)

This item was obtained from a store that closed. There was a variety of merchandise, most items are brand new and in the original boxes, some were display items. I had to open the boxes, and remove the items to take the pictures. I have tried my best to check each item and describe them as closely as I possibly could. The items have been in storage for a long time.

Policies:

I am an individual seller so there is not a long list of terms and conditions.

Items are as closely described as I possibly can. These are not items I am completely familiar with. Some of the items are collectable some are not. I do not know the difference. 

Please ask any questions prior to bidding. I will provide any additional pictures or information as requested.

The items are stored off-site so additional pictures or specific information may take 48hours for me to respond.

Payment:

Payment is due within 7 days of auction ending

If you fail to pay for an item you will be reported to eBay and the item will be re-listed. I will make every attempt to contact you but payment is your responsibility.

Shipping:

All items ship once a week

All items paid for on or before the weekly cut off time of Tuesday will be shipped the following day (Wednesday).

I prefer USPS as the carrier and it is the default in my listings. The shipping costs are less expensive and there are federal protections for mail tampering and fraud these are safety features I prefer. They also do not leave packages on peoples front steps in bad weather.

Communication is the best way to resolve problems and your satisfaction is my highest concern.

Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without first contacting me (email).  I assure you every effort will be made to resolve your issue.

I have done my very best to describe and check all merchandise before listing and shipping.

If an item is damaged in shipping then we will need to resolve it with the carrier, I cannot control damage during shipping and all items are insured.

I do not stock replacement items. In a few instance I have multiples but this is rare.

Returns:

If a return becomes necessary you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email from me.

You must pay for the return shipping. I will not refund any shipping charges unless I have agreed to that in our resolution. In those rare cases I will send you an RMA email that states I will refund shipping once the merchandise is received by me.  The item must be in exactly the same condition as it was sent out, in the original box and packed in a secure manner. Once the item is confirmed defective or not as described, I will issue a refund.
