We usually ship the same day or within 1 Business Day after receiving payment! This excludes Weekends and Holidays. We usually ship out Monday-Friday (4:00PM PST). Our default method of shipping are either USPS First Class or Media Mail. Other options are available upon request. i.e. USPS Priority, USPS Express, Fed Ex, UPS.

When we ship out, Paypal will send the buyer an e-mail, confirming that we have shipped out the package on that date. They should also provide you with a tracking number so you can track the package. If for some reasonour e you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam box, as it might have been sent there automatically. You can also e-mail us and we will be more than happy to give it to you.

We take great pride in our super fast shipping time. But  we do hope that you understand the difference between shipping and delivery. Shipping is the time it take for us to package your items and put it in the hands of USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. We have super fast shipping. Delivery is the time it takes for USPS, Fedex, or UPS to deliver that package to you. We cannot control the package's safety or delivery time.



We will replace only any defective product within 7 days of received. After 7 days, all defective product must be returned to Microsoft or the Brand Company for replacement. Defective product cannot be returned for refund but for Exchange only.

We accept returns product for refund if the product is UNOPENED and in UNUSED/ORIGINAL condition.

Product with refund will exclude fees involved (shipping, ebay, paypal, etc.). We do not pay for return shipping.  We do not refund shipping/handling.

Please email us before returning the product. We will email an RMA form for instructions on how to return the product to us. We reserve the right to refuse any return during special circumstances.
