Rescue Hero Action Figures:

 

Billy Blazes (either Collector’s edition or Power Max, I think) with electronic dual chopping axes. Press a button and Billy’s dual tool swings axes double time. Uses 2 AA batteries, not included (I had to borrow them from my son to make sure that it worked). As found, good played with condition with some scuffs.
