For auction is a great LP by Townes Van Zandt "Live at the Old Quarter, Houston, Texas". Double LP released on Tomato Music TOM-2-7001. Gatefold cover.

The cover is in great shape overall. Some shelf wear around the edges. The vinyl is in great shape with only a few very light marks from sliding in and out of its paper sleeve, but I would guess that this records has been played very little.
