Richard "Dick" Semler Barthelmess (May 9, 1895 – August 17, 1963) was an Oscar-nominated silent film star.

ALL THE SILENT FILM STAR PHOTOS I HAVE LISTED THIS WEEK WERE IN AN ALBUM BELONGING TO A FAN WHO COLLECTED THE PICTURES DURING THE 1930'S ERA.  THEY ARE EITHER PHOTOS THE STUDIOS SENT TO FANS, OR THEY ARE PHOTOS THAT WERE GIVEN TO BUYERS OF SCREEN MAGAZINES.  MOST OF THESE PHOTOS ARE AROUND 80 YEARS OLD.  I AM SELLING THEM AT A LOW PRICE, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT "PERFECT."  THEY HAVE FLAWS THAT ARE EASILY SEEN IN THE ENLARGEMENTS, OR SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN THE LISTING TO BE SURE YOU NOTICE ANYTHING REALLY FLAWED.
