#1 ~ INVOICING ~ Please wait for us to send you an invoice at the end of the auction before you pay.  We will offer insurance at that time.

#2 ~ SHIPPING ~ Domestic USA shipping ONLY (NO Exceptions!!) unless otherwise noted.

#3 ~ SHIPPING TIME ~ All orders will be processed within 48 hours of cleared payment received (except Sundays & holidays). Checks must allow 10 days to clear prior to shipment.

#4 ~ CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN ~ Three day returns accepted in original holder only - less shipping & eBay fees. No returns on certified coins and true auctions. If you wish to return an item you must email us at csa@together.net  to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED without a valid authorization number. NO returns for third party certified holders and slabs. All items must be returned insured with the original yellow sales receipt we provide with each shipment. Altered items will NOT be accepted for return.

#5 ~ SALES TAX ~ New York State Sales tax of 7% is due on ALL New York purchases unless legally exempt.  Items will NOT ship from here if New York State sales tax is due and not provided with your payment.  If legally exempt, we require an accurately filled out and signed New York State ST-120 on file here PRIOR to shipment.

#6 ~ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are "NOT INCLUDED" in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

#7 ~ COMBINED SHIPPING ~ We automatically combine shipping for multiple wins at the time of invoice to save you money.

#8 ~ INSURANCE ~ Our experience is that the US Postal Service occasionally LOOSES items!!!!   It happens, so you might want to consider insurance for your package!!!   Optional USPS insurance is ALWAYS offered to you at the time of invoice based on the final selling price, and is available on every shipment at the HIGH BIDDER'S expense.  Your failure to insure your package is 100% at your OWN RISK!!   We assume ZERO responsibility for all un-insured shipments lost by the US Postal Service.

#9 ~ BIDDING EXPECTATIONS ~ Please ask all questions before bidding and DO NOT bid if you don't plan to complete the transaction.  Prompt e-mail response from the high bidder is expected with payment to us within 10 days from the end of the auction, otherwise we will autmatically relist the item and report non-payment to eBay.
