This small antique scale is approximately 8" wide, 12" long and 5" high.  It will weigh items from 1 oz. to 13lbs.

I have no idea what it was used for, but could guess that maybe it was used in a grocery store?  It is in very nice condition, and would make a good conversation piece, or could be used.
