HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
· I try my very best to get items shipped out as fast as possible. Items generally arrive between 3-9 business days following purchase depending on the speed of the shipper.
CAN I SHIP AN ITEM TO AN UNVERIFIED ADDRESS OR ADDRESS OTHER THAN THAT IN THE PAYPAL SHIP TO ADDRESS?
· Yes I can ship to an unverified address but please note that this address MUST BE THE PAYPAL SHIP TO ADDRESS
· Please note that all shipping addresses must be in the paypal ship to address
· I cannot change the shipping address once it is provided through paypal, I cannot change a shipping address even if it is emailed to me through ebay because often items are already shipped out before I receive the emails and also paypal does not provide buyer or seller protection if an item is shipped to an address other than the one in the paypal ship to address.

COMMUNICATION
· I generally respond to emails one to two times a day. Please allow 24-36 hours for an email response.
· If you do not receive an email response within that time period please re-email me as sometimes emails get sent to junk-mail for some reason and although I try to check that folder sometimes they can get missed there

RETURNS
· I will accept returns but for items that are DEFECTIVE only.
· Returns are for EXCHANGE FOR NON DEFECTIVE ITEM ONLY
· I need to be notified of a defective item within 7 days and returns need to be received back within 14 days of receipt
· A pre-paid label will be issued for returns so please do not send until you receive this label.
· Items must be returned within 10 days post issuing of the label or they will be assessed a 10% restocking fee
· If the item is no longer in stock then a full refund will be issued rather than exchange

From the Manufacturer This pretty Moses Basket creates a
space for Baby anywhere in the house. It is a safe place for your baby
to sleep at home or when visiting friends. Keep the baby close by
wherever you are. Overall unit measures 30" l x 17" w x 9" h. Basket is
6" deep in the middle. Soft bumper and the liner are made with sweet
pink gingham 80% polyester 20% cotton fabric with a white ruffle trim.
Soft polyester fill pads the bumper for comfort. Liner is removable and
can be machine washed and tumbled dry. It includes a foam mattress pad
and a sheet. Basket can be used until baby is approximately 15 pounds
6.8 kg or until the baby can push up or roll over unassisted. Basket
should always be placed on a firm, flat surface. Ever place it near the
fireplace or open flames. Sturdy handles are woven onto the basket. The
handle is actually" one piece" that goes down both sides and under the
bottom. Although this basket includes handles, we do not recommend
carrying the basket with your baby in it for safety reasons. When the
baby outgrows the Moses Basket this basket can be used for storing
stuffed animals or linens, or as a bed for dolls or pets.
