Copy is solid, stable, intact and complete. Relatively sharp edges and corners. No folds, no pronounced creases . . . staples firmly attached. Pages supple & slightly off-white. Mild cover thumb indent on cardstock cover, but light and near the bottom. Some mild impefections and scuffs, but nothing major. Overall, a solid copy of a difficult-to-obtain booklet.
