currently only accept payment via paypal because it is safe and
quick which can make your purchase easy and simple. If you
cannot make payment via paypal, please just contact us.
Please note: We appreciate it very much if you kindly leave your
phone number and ebay ID while making the payment, in an
effort to avoid delivery failure.
The items would be shipped by EMS within
5 days after
payment is received! It will take about
4-8 days or so for the items to
arrive
If
you want the items urgently, we could also ship them by
TNT
which would arrive within
5 days
but shipping by TNT requires
USD8/GBP5
extra fee!
All the items are checked carefully before dispatched. Please
contact us immediately for any delivery problem!
Exchanging: if the shoes are too small or damaged, we can
exchange them for another size that fits you well with only a
small amount of money charged.
Returning:
We
accept return of the items, in case there is any problem with
the item, please get in touch with us with in
48 hours
after receiving it and show us the pictures! We reserve the
right to deduct some
reinstocking fee for each pair of the shoes and refund you the
remaining money after receiving the item that is sent back!
Packing: we will pack the item as safe as we can. |
