A very substantial and balanced pair of Danish mid century style grinders.  Both operate well and are stamped NISSEN DANMARK on the undersides.  The grinder mechanisms are marked COLE & MASON.

The wooden bodies are glued blocks of maple or possibly birch turned on a wood lathe to fashion these solid and heavy grinders.  They both are in excellent condition and show no chips, scrapes , cracks or repairs.  In fact, they both appear to have had little use over the years.  They measure 4 1/2 in. tall x 3 in. in diameter.

The shipping shown is for the continental 48 US states and now includes the cost of required insurance.  Any other shipping location will be determined at the end of the auction based on country and insured priority rates.
