~~~4 1/2"  Fancy Silver Handled  Embroidery Scissors~~~

A lovely pair of antique scissors for your collection!

*Condition: Very Good

Sterling Silver Handles appear to have traces of a gold wash in the floral vine design on the front & back of the handles.

*Blades have a beautiful satin smooth feel to them. They are sharp & cut embroidery floss...but selectively due to a very slight wobble.

Blades Marked: FRANCE on one side & GHISS on the other.

Also, noticed what appears to be a BOARS HEAD for sterling at the base of the handles which would date these after 1838.
