Good Parts or Repair, Will not power on....

I am selling this for a friend, I know nothing about it except for what I have listed. The unit is being sold as is as listed due to the issues we know it does have. This unit will not power on, when I plug it in, the blue power light comes on, on the front of the laptop but does nothing more when I push the power button. You are getting the laptop, the battery and also the power cord. The only other issues I see is that it is missing the V key on the keyboard. The specs of the laptop are listed below and I gethered these to the best of my ability since the unit doesn't power up. The unit does not have a hard drive included with it, they kept that to retreive the data on it. This would be a nice unit for anyone that might be able to get it working or need parts for one you might already have.
