CONDITION: WIND-UP MECHANISM DOES NOT CATCH AND WILL NEED REPAIR AND OR ATTENTION THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF WEAR IN THE WINGS AND SOME GRAY PAINT SPILLS ON A COUPLE OF SMALL AREAS ON THE LITHOGRAPHY THAT COME RIGHT OFF WITH A PAPER TOWEL AND WARM WATER.
