Policies and Terms

U.S. Shipping

·       Your purchase will be shipped quickly within 1-2 business days after I receive your payment.

·       Payment must be received within seven calendar days or item will be relisted.

·       Shipping is as described for this particular item (via UPS or USPS).

·       UPS shipping includes full insurance for ALL items and Signature Confirmation for all higher value items (this is a big part of my shipping cost and is therefore your protection – on a $500 item over $7 of the shipping cost is due to the insurance and confirmation).

·       In-transit delivery times can be up to 10 days for USPS First Class, Media and Priority – the time is NOT guaranteed and I cannot control that.

·       A tracking number (for UPS, FedEx) or a delivery confirmation number (for USPS) will be emailed to you the day your item ships for your convenience so you know when to expect delivery.

·       Stated shipping cost is for the 48 states only. Please contact me prior to bidding for shipping cost to US addresses outside the 48 states (such as HI and AK), since UPS and USPS do charge more to ship to those addresses.

·       I do combine shipping on multiple item purchases to save you money. Ask me for a combined invoice BEFORE you pay!

·        Please note that if you pay with a PayPal e-check, I am not paid by PayPal for several days – until the e-check clears. Your order will not ship until PayPal notifies me your e-check cleared.

Returns

I want satisfied customers and want you to shop with confidence with me. Therefore, please contact me FIRST if you have any issues. After you let me know about the issue, I do take returns as described:

·        Please contact me first.

·        All returns are for a refund of the product cost only (not the shipping).

·        All returns must be in original shape, and in the complete original packaging.

·        I will refund your original product price (and you pay the shipping)

However, if I made a mistake (sent wrong item, description is materially wrong), I will pay all your shipping for a return – but please contact me right away so I can make it right for you!

Combined Shipping Details

Combined shipping means I will ship multiple items purchased within a 3 day period and shipped together at a reduced rate to help you save money. The shipping charge on combined shipping is calculated a follows:

·        Item with the most expensive shipping charge ships at the full stated shipping charge for that item.

·        Each additional item ships at approximately one-half of the stated shipping cost for each item.

·        Select large items cannot be combined in shipping due to size or weight.

If you want to know the exact savings, please email BEFORE you make purchases. To receive a combined shipping discount, please email me before you are requesting a combined total invoice to pay. I cannot combine shipping after you have already paid for one or more items (must be on one single combined invoice to get combined shipping savings).
