1970 Chevy Chevelle SS 454 Franklin Mint Die Cast Model

Available for your purchase is a beautiful Franklin Mint 1:24 Die-Cast Model of a 1970 SS LS-6 454 Chevelle. The 1970 SS LS-6 454 Chevelle is believed by many Car Enthusiasts to be the pinnacle in late 60's early 70's Muscle Car Power and developement. Equipped with the legendary LS-6  454 CI 450 HP Big Block Engine, these SS Chevelles ruled the Road and the Dragfstrip. This "hand built" Model is constructed with over 100 different parts and includes "steerable front wheels using the actual steering wheel"; opening Doors to reveal a detailed Interior; Opening Hood to display the detailed LS-6  "454"  CI Big Block and engine compartment; opening Trunk with detailed "spare tire"; and detailed undercarrage.

This Die Cast Model is in "mint condition", never played with by Children, only ever displayed in a Glass enclosed Display Case out of direct sunlight, in a smoke free Home. Truely in mint,  as purchased condition.

Comes complete with "all" the  Paperwork from Franklin Mint including the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Franklin Mint; Instruction Sheet on how to care for your Franklin Mint Heirloom Piece; the "Original Franklin Mint All Color Advertising Brochure" published "before"  the Model was actually built, and more. 

Also includes the "original"  protective styrofoam packing Case and original Franklin Mint Shipping Container.

This beautiful, highly detailed,  Die-Cast 1:24 Model of a 1970 SS LS-6 454 Chevelle cost over $160.00 when purchased by me new, several years ago. It is long since "out of production" and it's value has only risen since it was issued. You can own it "right now"  using E-Bay's "Buy-It-Now" feature for much less.

Because E-Bay requires a "shipping cost"  be included, the amount listed has to cover an Item being shipped across the "Street" as well as across the Country. The amount quoted could actually be high depending upon where you are located. I only charge "actual shipping costs" and if the amount quoted is higher than the actual shipping cost by more than $2.00, the balance will be refunded.
