About the Collection
Several hundred different categories of images are being sold, including people, transportation, occupations, Western, etc., with each topic generally sold together at one time.  The photographs listed are from the Vintage Images photograph archives, and each item was purchased for the collection based on image quality and dramatic photographic composition.  Most of these items have been in this collection for between 15-25 years and have never been seen or offered for sale since they were acquired.  This is a never-to-be repeated opportunity to acquire scarce items from an important photographic collection.  NOTE: High-resolution scans are available for all images.  For personal use, they can be used for Websites or making photogrpahic prints up to 11x14 or larger.  Just request a Buy-It-Now invoice (for $25), and scan will be emailed.

Shipping & Payment
Shipping is always combined for the lowest cost.  Do NOT pay from any invoice you receive from eBay or PayPal until you have checked that the amount matches the total in the invoice from e-mail: Brian Smolens.  Frequently, the invoice that they send is INCORRECT, and only the one sent directly from vimages is correct.  Shipping is combined on multiple purchases for the lowest rate.  Payment must be received within 15 days of auction close.  Items are NOT returnable, unless there was a major error in the description.

Purchases over $50, must use Priority Mail  with Delivery Confirmation, except for books ($5.95 for items up to 1 lb.), for the protection of all parties, unless prior arrangements are made. Buyers are urged to purchase insurance, due to possible losses by the P.O.  Insurance: $1.85 up to $50; $2.50 up to $100.  We CANNOT be responsible for losses by the post office.   NOTE: Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and receive Negative Feedback.

Foreign Buyers
PayPal requires that Express Mail be used for purchases of $100 and over.  This is a PayPal requirement and CANNOT be waived.  This costs $27.00 for postcards, however up to a month's worth of purchases can be combined.
