White House Parking Pass 1938 FDR Jefferson Memorial
Here is a chance to own a White House parking pass for admission to the White House grounds for December 15, 1938. What is interesting about this particular date is that this was the same day that President Franklin D. Roosevelt spoke at the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.

The 4 ½” x 3 ½” card is made of stiff card stock and allowed admission to the East Gate of the White House. It was to placed on the “windshield of the car” and was “not transferable”. An uncommon piece of White House ephemera, particularly with such a significant date.

The parking pass is in excellent condition, though it is age toned. Will make a wonder addition to any collection of White House or Franklin Roosevelt era memorabilia or ephemera! Successful bidder please add $3.00 for postage in the USA.
