You are bidding on 200 fresh seeds from Adenium Star of tomorrow, Seeds are freshly harvested from plant shown in the photo. Adenium seeds should be sown within the temperature range of 20 to 35 degree Celsius and this would give a guaranteed germination rate of 80%. Please refer to the webpage “Picture of Sowing Seed Experiences” for more information on germination. The seeds will be shipped in a padded envelope and sent by registered mail at a cost of USD$4.00 worldwide. For a small order, I only accept PayPal payment. I will confirm receipt of the payment by email when payment for the goods has been made. The goods would be shipped within 3 to 4 days and I will inform you of the number of the registered mail for your record. The following photos show how seeds are packed ready for sending worldwide. Seeds are placed in plastic bags in lots of five, ten, hundred or one thousand seeds. Every variety of Adenium seed sold is clearly labeled on individual plastic bag. Seeds are normally placed in two plastic bags for added protection. The quarantine certificate and invoice along with the labeled seed are then placed inside a padded envelope. The padded envelope helps protect the seeds from physical and water damage during transit.
Shipping and Handling Fee:
If you bid any our item of seeds at one time and you are also interested in the next bidding, and you want to mail the orders together, please inform me by mail in advanced. I will combine the shipping fee into one mail. If the total amount of seeds is over 50 USD, we don't charge the shipping fee. If what you order is under 50 USD, no matter how many items you order, the shipping fee is also 4 USD. If you want to combine the plants and the seeds together, we only charge the shipping fee of plants.
Notice:
1. After we send out the parcel, we will send you an informing mail to let you know the parcel is on the way. Then you must be noticed the parcel will arrive in 5-8 days. If you still haven't received the parcel by that time, you may mail us for your tracking number. Then taking it to the local post office to track the parcel. Sometimes the parcel will be on the post office since the post officer is too busy to forget about it.
2. The payment should be made by the winning bidder within 7 days after auctions
ended. If there is any reason for bidders to delay the payment, please inform us beforehand. Otherwise, the Seeds will be re-listed.
3. Bidders with Feedback ratings below Zero (Negative Feedback Rating), or with a history of Bid Retractions and/or non- completion of auction payments, I reserve the right to cancel your bids at any time.
4. To people who live in Taiwan and want to order our items:
We don't sell Adenium to Taiwan, we are only doing export.
5. To customers who live in Brazil:
As for exporting grafted plants, we cannot ship plants to your country because your custom will not allow it even if we have applied for the quarantine certificate. Hence, we don't suggest you to purchase plants. As for exporting seeds, because your custom doesn’t admit our quarantine certificate, we try so many times to solve this problem, but it still didn't work. We suggest our customers who live in Brazil to let us divide your orders into small packages if you order large amounts of seeds at one time, and we will use another envelope to ship them. (We may need your agreement to do this way). However, we still cannot promise you will receive all of your orders. It still has some risks. Therefore, we suggest customers who live in Brazil also don't purchase seeds or order a little amount one time.
6. Return Policy:
When you receive the order in a good condition, I can't accept you to return the order. I can only promise that if the order is damaged when you receive them, I accept the plants or seeds returning. I have good credits both on my seeds and plants. If the order really is damaged, please contact me at the first time and take a picture to mail me. I will mail the order to you again as soon as possible.
7. Customer Service:
I am not good at English, so I need the translator to help. Now, we reply letters on Monday to Friday (08:00~17:00 Taiwan time). Thus, if you mail after Friday 17:00(Taiwan teem), we will reply you when we are back to work on Monday. That is, if it is the emergency for you, and we are on holidays, hope you do not mind waiting for a few days. However, If the ending time of auction is on the weekend, we will send the invoice on Monday morning while we are back to work.When the auctions ended, I will send the invoice to you within 2-3 days, if you receive the invoice and want to wait for another biddings to combine them, please inform us in advance. Then we will keep the orders for you, if you don't pay the items over 10 days and don't contact us, we will report to Ebay, hope you will understand it. If after the auctions ended, you still don't receive our invoice over 3 days, please contact us, maybe your mailbox block it or another reason, you can check your Ebay mailbox if you receive our invoice or not. If you still cannot find the invoice, please send message to let know. We will reply soon.
8. Feedback Policy:
When the auctions ended and the winner has paid, we will give them positive feedback within 1-2 days to let the customers know that we have received the payment. If the customers give up the biddings, we will report to Ebay directly. We also hope that the customers can leave us positive feedbacks when they receive the orders. So we can end the transactions.
