An used set of 6 CIP coil dragon stamps overprinted in 1904 with 'Postage Due', perfs as per scans, 5c stamp tears & thinned on back but has nice postmark of Anhwei Wuhu, others fine - please see scans for conditions.

Due to high lost rate, all items sent to Mainland China has to be posted via registered mail, at the cost of $10.  However, there are no extra postal charges for any additional items purchased within 15 days of the first item if sent via the same packet.

Shipping and handling is as follows: US$2 for air mail, US$10 for registered air mail. Unregistered shipments are at buyer's own risk. Item or items with total value of over $50 will need to be sent by registered mail only, so please bear it in mind when bidding & paying. Multiple lots upto $180 can be combined & posted at no extra cost, but payment must be received within 15 days of the initial purchase.

Buyer must send payment within 15 days after auction ends.
