YOU ARE LOOKING AT A WONDERFUL COLLECTION OF THIMBLES MADE BY LENOX BACK IN 2000.  IT WAS A SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM THAT IF YOU JOINED, YOU RECEIVED 3 THIMBLES EVERY 3 MONTHS.  THE WOODEN DISPLAY THAT LOOKS LIKE A GATE CAME AFTER YOU HAD RECEIVED ALL 24 THIMBLES.  I TRIED TO PUT AS MANY PICTURES AT DIFFERENT ANGLES SO YOU COULD SEE HOW WONDERFUL THEY REALLY ARE.  THEY ARE CRAFTED OF BONDED PORCELAIN AND WERE PAINTED ENTIRELY BY HAND IN THE SAME HUES FIRST USED BY MISS POTTER TO ILLUSTRATE HER STORIES MORE THAN A CENTURY AGO.   EACH THIMBLE WAS $7.95 PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING BRINGING THE TOTAL TO ABOUT $225.00.  VERY SAD TO SAY, THEY HUNG AT ONE TIME TOO NEAR THE BACK DOOR AND 5 GOT KNOCKED OFF AND DAMAGED SOMEWHAT.  IN PICTURE #7 THERE ARE 3 OF THE DAMAGED ONES.  SAT AT THE RIGHT ANGLE, THEY ARE EASILY DISGUISED AND THE DAMAGE BARELY NOTICEABLE.  HOWEVER, THEY ARE STILL DAMAGED AND LOWERS THE PRICE ......THIS IS WHY I AM STARTING THE LISTING SO LOW.  THE WOODEN GATE LOOKS WONDERFUL AND REALLY DISPLAYS THEM PERFECTLY.  GOOD LUCK IN YOUR BIDDING AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL RESPOND ASAP.  THESE COME FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME..  I WILL INCLUDE THE PAGE TAKEN OUT  OF THE MAGAZINE THAT I USED TO DO THE ORDERING AND SHOWS THEM ALL.  THAT IS PICTURE #11 AND THE PRICES ARE ON IT ALSO.  WITH THE FULL PRICE OFFER, SHIPPING IS FREE.  WILL CONSIDER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING....
