This is a full color glossy , tri-fold brochure, printed on both sides depicting the mythical Ponderosa Ranch from the TV show BONANZA.  This location, at Lake Tahoe, NV, simulates the real location of the Ponderosa Ranch as depicted on the burning map at the beginning of each TV show.  It is / was a tourist destination where the owners recreated the Ponderosa Ranch House, the Silver Dollar Saloon and many other locations depicted on the TV show.  Brochure is in excellent shape and was printed in late 1960's, possibly early 1970's.
