Works fine and has manual that comes with it. The box is not new looking (it has a phone number written on it), but what's inside is pristine. Cuff and monitor are very clean, as you can see from the photos. I'd call it like new. It comes with a blue plastic case, so you throw out the box. Buyer to pay $6 for shipping next day by Priroity Mail with tracking.
