IT'S FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME AND AT THE TIME OF USE AN ANIMAL FREE HOME. IT'S BEEN IN STORAGE FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. ONE SIDE OF THE COVER IS DENIM COLORED AND THE OPPOSITE SIDE IS LIGHT BLUE WITH DIFFERENT BUGS ON IT. THERE IS A ZIPPER ON THE FRONT OF IT FOR EASY REMOVAL OF BABY AND IT IS MACHINE WASHABLE. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RIPS, TEARS, OR STAINS ON IT ANYWHERE.
