 This is a very nice Christmas house light bulb. I believe it is a 15 vt.. It's a cat or kitten in tails playing a musical instrument. The back still has the red paint on his coat but it has worn off in the front. He looks like he's a very serious character playing his instrument. It is glass. Approx. 2.5 inches high and w/ the stem 3 inches high. I wasn't able to find a string of lights to test it out, so not sure if it works. Nice piece for your holidays. Happy Bidding!
