 This is a very nice Christmas light bulb. I believe it is a 15 vt.. It is the head of santa claus. The one side the coloring in his eyes is worn the other is okay. He has rosy cheeks. I don't see any cracks or chips.  It is glass. Approx. 2 inches high and w/ the stem 2.5 inches high. I wasn't able to find a string of lights to test it out, so not sure if it works. Nice piece for your holidays. Happy Bidding!
