 This is a very nice Christmas light bulb. I believe it is a 15 vt.. It is a nice Christmas Bird. Not sure if it's a Parrot or maybe a Partridge for your pear tree. I don't see any cracks or chips. Some of the paint coloring in the red of the feathers has come off.  It is glass. Approx. 3 inches high and w/ the stem 3.5 inches high. I wasn't able to find a string of lights to test it out, so not sure if it works. Nice piece for your holidays. Happy Bidding!
