 This is a very nice Christmas light bulb. I believe it is a 15 vt.. It is bell shaped and seems to have either a piece of ivy, holly or a small Christmas tree painted on either side of it. The top portion is blue and goes to white then onto a pinkish red coloring.  It is glass. I don't see any cracks or chips on it. There is some wear in the paint. Approx. 2 inches high and w/ the stem 2.5 inches high. I wasn't able to find a string of lights to test it out, so not sure if it works. Nice piece for your holidays. Happy Bidding!
