This coin is givin to the soilders in the National Gurad when they do extremely well in something either during deployment or during drills.  My husband has gotten about 5 of these from being deployed. It is 3 3/4 inches tall, 3 inches wide when its all folded up. The coin is 1 3/4 inches and alittle bit less then .5 an inch wide. On one side of the coin it has an eagle head in front of the American flag and it says *my commitment to you*our pledge*  then the other side says National Gurad in front of the American flag. It also says stuff in the inside flaps of the paper that holds the coin
