Most of the items I am selling right now are played with and may have some odors - nothing too overpowering, but I did notice some smoke smells here and there and these items were in storage for a long time.  I purchased them from a woman who buys abandoned storage units... so I have no idea where they came from.  I am cleaning things that really need it, but buyer should assume that things may need a rinsing!  You may also see a lot of repeats in my listings, there were doubles of some items!

The USPS has recently changed the way we ship to other countries.  In a lot of ways it is easier, but it has become a lot more expensive for larger items or shipments.  Unfortunately, there is no longer a "slow" way to ship - everything over a certain size (dimensional or weight) must go Priority.  That is why the shipping charges are very high.  They vary for Canada & Mexico.  I am happy to continue to ship internationally - and I apologize to my customers who were affected by this change... It is out of my control!  Please ask if you have any questions.  Smaller items can still ship first class, please let me know if you are interested in something and I will do my best to help.  Please know that int'l shipping is a lot more time consuming than domestic shipping, and requires me to wait in line at the very busy - and slow - post office, so I usually do international shipments once a week or somtimes only once every 2 weeks. 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE: Barbie dolls and smaller accessories/furniture that are out of boxes will be shipped in an ENVELOPE if you opt for First Class mail.  It is the only way I can ship for under $5.  Each doll will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap - I have never had a problem, but if you want your doll shipped in a box please let me know and you will need to pay for Priority.  Thanks!

If payment is not received and no contact is made, I will file a non-paying bidder complaint with eBay and pursue it in order to receive credit. If you don't plan to pay, just don't bid, and if something comes up and you can't pay, at least have the courtesy to let me know! I allow 10 days for you to pay, and I will ship within 10 days of receiving CLEARED payment. Usually I will ship within 1-3 days of auction end, but I'm stating 10 days for those times when I just can't get to the PO.

I will do each combined shipping order on a case by case basis in order to make sure I am fair to you and still cover the cost. I can ship a LOT of Barbie clothes for $3-5 First Class/Parcel Post so sometimes there is no additional shipping charge, sometimes the most expensive charge prevails and there is no additional charge, and sometimes I will have to add it up another way. My goal is to be fair. If you want to know what the cost would be just email me and tell me what items you want to combine.

I do consider the cost of shipping materials (envelopes, tape, labels, brown paper, bubble wrap, etc.) when calculating the shipping charges. Whether or not I use one or all of those items to ship your package I still need to include a small handling fee to make sure I am covering those costs overall. I do try to reuse shipping materials when possible - this is to keep costs down and to recycle!

That all being said, if you feel I have grossly overcharged for shipping, please email me to let me know before leaving less than 5 stars! My feedback is very important to me, as is your repeat business, and if I miscalculated the shipping charge I will refund any amount within reason. I have lost TONS of money by underestimating shipping charges so I have started erring on the side of overcharging so that I can stay in business! I have a shipping scale but sometimes it still isn't as accurate as I would like - so please, LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY!

Also, with regard to SHIPPING TIME - I am very busy and have a full time job, I also run a website, I have a house to clean, a 4 year old to take care of and play with, etc. so I only ship once or twice a week. This could mean that if you win/pay on Monday, I might not be able to go to the PO until Friday... usually that is not the case, but I'm saying it all up front... Also, if you wait until 3 or 4 days after the auction ended to pay, I have probably already shipped that week and you may have to wait until the following week for me to get to the PO, and then it can be a week to 10 days for you to receive your package - perhaps longer if you are on the other side of the country. AGAIN, it MAY take up to 10 days for me to get to the post office!! If this is a problem for you, PLEASE DO NOT BID!!! Most of the time it doesn't take more than a few days, but I'm saying this to avoid any issues. I am busy, I do this for fun and extra cash, so it is NOT my first priority each day.

Again, I reserve the right to take up to 10 days to GET TO THE PO - and once I ship, it can take ANOTHER 2 to 10 days - and in some cases up to 2 weeks - for you to receive your item. Kapish?

If you want your package faster you have the option to pay for Priority, but since it is so expensive and I am selling mostly small items it doesn't seem necessary to spend over $5 to ship something that costs $1.99.

Sorry to be long winded, but it seems like there are a lot of complainers out there so I am hoping if I state this all up front I'm letting you know and covering my butt... If I come through within the explanation I have here, I think I deserve 5 STARS!!

DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS/TRACKING NUMBERS - Required on all packages. You will receive a tracking number when I ship. This is for my protection and yours, and it will allow you to see where your package is and when you can expect to receive it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - please email me for shipping quote first, I may or may not be able to ship to your country.

INSURANCE - is optional, but be warned once I ship the package I am not responsible for what the post office does with it... I will always get a tracking number and delivery confirmation, but this does not guarantee the PO won't damage or lose your package - it is rare, but better safe than sorry!

Return Policy & Description Disclaimer - PLEASE READ!!

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I am very particular about my descriptions and I try to list everything I would want to know about an item before bidding on it.  I also spend a lot of time taking pictures so you can see exactly what you are bidding on.  However, because there may be differences in opinion with regard to an item's condition, or my camera might make something look different than it does in person, here is my dissertation on how I rate the condition of items!

If the item you are looking at has been played with or used there may be something I unintentionally overlook. If it has been cleaned, I will try to state the method I used to clean it and any remaining stains/damage. If you receive something and there's a massive stain that wasn't mentioned, a return may be possible. If there's a tiny fabric pull or miniscule discoloration or mark on the back of an item listed as previously used, I will not accept a return. Chances are it was so small I didn't even notice it!

Also, when bidding on brand new doll clothes, there will pretty much always be a few tiny pin-prick size holes where the items were attached to the packaging. These tiny holes are usually not noticable and should not be considered "damage". If there is anything major left by packaging materials, I will do my best to make mention of it.

Again, returns/condition of items disputes are handled on a case by case basis... But for the most part, and in most cases, and with brand new items, returns are NOT ACCEPTED!
