for a like-new condition,  6" x 9 1/4" blue leatherette hardback with gold gilt lettering on the cover and the spine. I'm not sure what the 1892 refers to, but the book was published in 1995.

. US winner pays $3.95 for  shipping and handling. Anywhere outside the US is $12.95.
