"It is a limited printing and will prove to be a scarcity as have the 5 previous Handbooks in this series."  The Editors.

I am not sure of the date - believe it may be 1966.

The book is in Good Used Condition  - teeny tiny piece of front cover corner missing; small stain on back cover.
