We assume any inquiries have been addressed and answered to your satisfaction prior to placing your bid, including shipping and warranties expressed or implied. This unit may need professional setup by a factory trained and authorized technician. We also strongly suggest that you procure the services of a Ricoh technician to be on standby before the machine is delivered. Software or manuals are usually not received with the copier.  They are available for download from Ricoh’s website. www.ricoh-usa.com . TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our machines are thoroughly tested by our service team to ensure that it will make copies and that all functions and accessories are operating correctly. Our machines are sold as is and consumable items are installed with no warranty as to the expected life. Consumables items include, but are not limited to the following: toner, developer, starter, drums, blades, feed rollers, cleaning rollers, pressure rollers, feed tires, corona wires/assemblies, fuser units, lamps, transfer rollers and staples. Copier and fax functions are tested and in working condition before shipment.

Sometimes, Manufacturer photos are used and may not represent actual product. Cabinets are included when specified under specifications. Manuals are often not included with the copiers but can be obtained by the manufacturer. All machines are inspected before shipping to insure they are in working condition before they leave our warehouse. We guarantee our machines pass a copy and are in working order immediately prior to shipment. In the event a copier does not operate within the first week received, we will warranty and provide replacement parts for any non-consumable item. The item would be sent at the customer's expense, and the old part would need to be returned. Any physical damage to the office machine must be noted at the time of delivery, so you could file an insurance claim against the trucking company.

It is our policy not to give refunds or take returns. If for any reason a refund or return is granted, no refund will be given for shipping and it is the customers responsibility to return the equipment to our office in the same condition it left our office originally. Also, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will arrange shipping and insurance at your request or you can make your own arrangements for shipping, including picking up the equipment at our Columbus, Ohio facility. We require a 48 hour notice for a local pick up and our pick up hours are 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday. If we ship for you, the copier will be professionally packaged with cardboard protection, bubble wrap and or shrink-wrap and then blanket wrapped on the truck. Delivery will include drop off to loading dock, any additional requirements such as stairs and residential deliveries would be extra. Copiers are electronic pieces of equipment and it may be necessary to have a qualified technician adjust the machine after delivery. If there is any damage to the unit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the trucking company. Please inspect the equipment when you receive it for any damage. Then, document it on the shipping slip and call the trucking company.

Except for local deliveries we charge $15 for Packing and Handling. The Shipping Calculator is only an ESTIMATE and may not include current fuel surcharges. Shipping charges are the responsibilty of the buyer. We will be happy to arrange shipping for the winning bidder. We can charge it the the winners credit card or to the buyer’s UPS, Fedex or DHL account.
