This pair of wide angle binoculars was made by Jason and is the model 296 Perma Focus 1000.  They are 10x50 WA with a field of 7*.  The binoculars measure 7 inches long, 6 inches wide when folded, 7 1/2 inches wide when flat and weigh under 2 pounds. 

The perma focus feature is pre-programmed at infinity so that you never miss the action while trying to focus.  They may not be quite as precise as adjustable binoculars, but they allow you to scan large areas quickly and are great for identifying game instantly.

This pair of binoculars is in very good used condition and works great with no issues.  They come with a neck strap as well as a soft case with neck strap.

A perfect all around pair of binoculars.
