With trumpets blaring and flags waving, the defenders of this well-fortified Battle Castle are ready to take on anyone foolish enough to attack. Styled after a medieval castle, this snap-together playset allows children to take on the role of either the "good" knights who defend the castle's lofty turrets and battlements, or the "enemy" knights who try to penetrate its fortified defenses. The castle comes with four different knight figures and a range of weapons that include swords, spears, helmets, and axes, along with a working catapult and crossbow. The castle entrance is equipped with electronic sound effects and glowing torches, and the castle's snap-together design allows it to be set up in a nearly endless variety of ways. As a result, the castle may not be as stable as other structures, but it offers more play options by allowing you to change its configuration as often as you like. The Battle Castle is part of the Fisher-Price Imaginext line, which means that all of the included pieces are compatible with other Imaginext toys, so you can keep adding figures, creatures, and structures to the playset. Illustrated instructions for assembly are included. This item was purchased for xmas present and started to put together and never used again-some items are still in the bag. It will not ship in the original box as it is too big to ship. The pieces are in brand new condition and i am pretty sure all the pieces are there.
