The only exception to this is if we mistakenly send you the incorrect item (I.E. you purchase a DVD and we send you a book) we will then honor a return. We will be selling all items "AS IS". With this change we will be adding more pictures, as needed, detailed descriptions, and as always, welcoming any and all questions up to 12 hours before the end of the auction. In the event the item is in like new condition, we will be using stock photos when they are availiable. Insurance is NOT an Option.. we require it on ALL auctions!
