1970'S MONOPOLY GAME IN JAPANESE (JAPAN) BY WADDINGTON

Our family is very pleased to help with the disposal of a varied accumulation of many categories including TRAVEL related pieces, and such.  These items range from games, books to catalogs, key chains, toys, souviners and what all !  All of these items were removed from an old trunk, a cedar chest and closets in  a family members' old home.  We believe these contents had not been disturbed in at least 25 years.  We would like to get these memories into the hands of folks who enjoy them as much as our family members did.  We are not experts in these items but as a group and with the advice of knowledgable individuals, we make a sincere effort to describe each piece as accurately as we can.

1970's  MONOPOLY GAME IN JAPANESE (JAPAN) -

OPENED BUT NEVER USED

GAME WAS FOUND ON TOP SHELF OF CLOSET WITH MANY OTHER GAMES, IN OLD HOME OF A FAMILY MEMBER.  SOMEHOW THE BOX SUFFERED MINOR WATER DAMAGE WHICH DID NOT SEEP INTO THE GAME.  RUBBER BANDS HOLDING THE CARDS, ETC. HAVE DISINTERGRATED WITH AGE.  THE TOYS, BUILDINGS, ETC ARE STILL IN THEIR ORIGINAL BAGGIES.  THIS GAME WAS MADE IN SINGAPORE BY WADDINGTON'S INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.  BOARD, INSTRUCTIONS, CARDS ARE IN JAPANESE.  GRAMPS TRAVELED INTERNATIONALLY FOR GENERAL MOTORS AND BROUGHT THIS GAME HOME, ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS, WHICH WILL APPEAR IN FUTURE AUCTIONS.
