This is one of many spec plans that I have drawn.  I normally sell my spec plans in my office for $300 as is......But I'm offering this Ebay deal so you can purchase them at a discounted price.  I have been a Custom Home Designer for over 20 years, so you can bid with confidence knowing you will get a full set of ready to build house plans at a steal of a deal.

- Foundation plan / slab details- showing all dimension as well as bell-bottom piers.

Once payment is made I will print you a new copy of the plans with your name on the prints and ship the plans to you in a drawing tube.
